Map topology

Hello All,

I need to reshape two adjacent polygons edge. So I am thinking to do map topology. If I do map topology on these feature classes, will any attribute / profile will disturbed?

Map topology is the approach to use; the only attribute(s) that will change are the area and perimeter only as needed.
